Three steps to a healthy and clean skin face

Facial skin requires daily care, which we often forget to do, and I will remember the last hour usually before some celebrations when we want our face look flawless. Integral and essential part of the beauty routine is: cleaning, feeding and hydration of the skin. Already after a few days are visible positive effects of  the routine, which can be an additional motivation for the dedication of skin care to be our daily habit throughout life.


The basic rule is before going to bed with clean hands always remove makeup. The make-up should be removed with cosmetics or detergent to remove makeup with gentle movements in order not to cause skin irritation. Rinse skin with warm water avoiding soap, then spray your face with cold water. For in-depth cleaning of pores scalding your face 2-3 times a week, but only for 5 minutes.

You do not have to own a special apparatus, heat water in a bowl, tilt your head over the pot and cover with a towel. For this 5 minute scalding skin, people say it’s a trick of French models, which are known for their glowing complexion. Peeling skin is also useful. If you have dry and sensitive skin face, then twice a week make peeling. If you have oily skin peeling should be done more frequently. Heat 2 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon wheat bran and juice of half a lemon. Heated mixture, which in no case should be boiling, apply it on your face to keep it that way for 20 minutes then rinse with warm water.


Face skin needs to be nurtured  with a daily nutrient creams which should be selected in consultation with a dermatologist. Further feeding the skin is performed using masks, which should be used at least 2 times a week and applied according to the basic principles massage (With gentle movements from his chin to his temple and nose towards the ears) . For dry skin, which can be very sensitive, recommended masks that contain vegetable oil, egg yolks and wheat germ. While you have the mask is recommended to close your eyes, relax and apply gauze soaked in chamomile tea on the eye lids. The mask will gently remove with cotton wool soaked in lukewarm water. A simple mask of half a banana and four tablespoons of yogurt will give your face a fresh look by feeding it with vitamins and minerals. Keep the mask for 15 minutes then rinse with lukewarm water. Sour cream is also very good for feeding the face and should be kept on the skin for 10 minutes.


Daily to drink 2 liters of water, and the skin can additionally be hydrogenated with hydrating creams, solutions, which soften and retain moisture on the skin. Steam treatments and coatings herbal teas , face rubbing with ice cube can help in extra moisture to the face and skin. Kiwi mask may additionally moistures your skin.  Crush the kiwi or chop it in a circular shape and apply it on the face, hold the kiwi applied for 15 min then rinse with lukewarm water.
